alee, Relax. The guys were just illustrating how ludicrous it is for a CA to just print out a piece of paper and demand payment. The CA must show proof, via your signature, that you obligated yourself to pay, and proof that they are authorized to collect the debt. By the way FTC = Federal Trade Commission.
