    Here is my dilemna:

I have 10 paid collections on my experian credit report, 3 on equifax report and 6 on my transunion report. Yes, dumb me the debt settlement company I chose did not get them to agree to delete before payment. I have tried to send a sympathy letter to each one. When I tried to redispute online for equifax it states that these have already been disputed. What should I do? Could anyone give me a reason to use for the dispute? What should I do about Transunion and equifax?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

Unlike some of you, I haven't had any luck getting any payment for deletion. I feel as though I'm from Mars when I inquire. anyway, I just sent a pymt for $67 on a Collection. They would not accept payment for deletion. I'm on a timeline, and I really don't have the patience or time to play "mail tag". So what I'm gonna do is, once the collection appears as paid with a zero balance, I'm gonna dispute as not mine. I've heard that this has worked for some people, that a lot of times the CA won't bother disputing a paid collection, especially if it is for a small amt.

I have a $30 paid collection, and they verify every time. :(

I have had the greatest luck with paid collections. Wait a couple of months, pull all three, and I bet they aren't reporting the same.

First of all, make the CA or the OC place the account in dispute from *their* side.

Then use the incorrect reporting part of the FCRA to put forth your point, and demand deletion.

How do I go about doing the following?

First of all, make the CA or the OC place the account in dispute from *their* side.

    What incorrect reporting part?

Then use the incorrect reporting part of the FCRA to put forth your point, and demand deletion.

Sorry, I didn't see about this.

Search for posts from me and you will see what I mean.
