Anyone know of Consumer Portfolio SVCS? they are out of Irvine, Ca! They are trying to collect on a account I had with Mercury Finance which I requested validation with Mercury back in Feb and have not heard a word then this CPS sent me a letter back in March I asked for validation again and no response except phone calls from them trying to collect they also pulled a hard on my EX credit report. Any help on this one?
