Long story short. Filed Ch 13. and it was discharged 02/06. Credit Report still shows items included in the Ch 13, and some still say past due bal. and when i disputed it. they updated it and then put reported 5/06...so it just made it look worse....what do i do? I called our BK lawyer and the lady told me to send the credit bureaus proof of BK, but i have read not to do that.
