I am helping our neighboors clean up their CR no. He has a CA reporing ain nsufficent check account. Does the FCRA deal with account sthat are from checks? I sent a validation for himand the CA cae back with the copy of his check. I do not know what to do at this point. I am advising him to pay the original creditor.
