here we go.. 1. CCB closed/current..was 60 days..recent balance $734 2. Cap One charged off..past 150 days..$1066 written off..bal $355..had paid down part of that.. 3.old ch 13..only showing on Equifax..7 yrs old now 4. Povidian..current pays as agree..but up to the limit 5. 2 sales tax judgements..both paid but only one reporting as satisfied..never owed any money but had to provide documentation. 6. car loan..current with 6 months til pay off..a few lates a long time ago but not too bad What should I do first..help help help! What I would do is dippute the charge offs. There is always that chance they they will not reply and they will get dropped. If there is something "low dollar amount" that really will not negot. I would pay it as long as they agree in writing to take it off. Dispute that bk as dated. Hopefully they will get something dropped. Hope that helps!!
