Just in case you don't see the posts on the third page, wanted to let you know that I called Monogram bank, stayed on the line expecting a live person(since they didn't include Old Navy in the options) and got an answering machine!! I was caught off guard so I didn't leave a message. They said leave your name, etc. and we'll call you right back? Huh? LOL I'm gonna call again. I'll keep you updated! =0]
