I don't know why, but I just tried to dispute my judgement again, and it went thru. HMMM, maybe they'll get it right this time? Doubt it!
Have you been using different dispute reasons each time? Also what was the length of time between the 3rd and 4th dispute? Thanks.
I waited about 2 months, disputing 3 times online, once over the phone. I used different reasons each time. I've been trying to get a proc. request from them, but of course they won't send it. I just tried to dispute again, not really thinking it would work. I was hoping to hold off and get this deleted, but at this point, updated to paid is better than nothing. I'll send a CRRR and dispute it again during CHOD!
