I put this to jlynn and butch, but anybody feel free to chime in. My past posts on my saga with Simm Associates are posted on this board. Simm didn't validate a Cross Country Bank account, and CCB then sent the coll. to NCO. I sent NCO butch's subsequent CA strategy letter, and yesterday I got a fraud affidavit from Cross Country. I NEVER stated fraud, I only requested validation of the account. Do I send it back or leave it alone? I've read alot of the posts on fraud affidavits, and they go both ways. This one requires notarization. Any suggestions or thoughts appreciated!
So am I understanding that this Simms refused, would not or could not Validate, so now they are putting the old Fraud stalling smoke screen up????? One would think that they must have you confused with some one who actually reported fraud???? How many times have you had to ask for the Validation??? I tout I taw that putty tat!!!!!!!!
you're on the right track...Simm didn't validate, so I guess Cross Country (the OC) then let NCO give it a try...I sent NCO Butch's sub. CA strategy letter posted here on the board, and I guess they got back to Cross Country, and they, the OC, are the ones who sent the fraud affidavit..
psp- would simms fall under the proveit or removeit ? As for Nco - You have already validated with them???
Sorry I missed this PsP. Tried to send you an email. Send me one so I can reply. I have an idea for you.
