Thanks for talking with me on the phone the other day. Can I get a declaration from you too?

 

Huh. That is weird.

 

It sounded like an attorney that was very knowledgeable about consumer financial transactions. He picked my brain for some time, but I didn't sense any mischievious intent. In fact, I learned a few new things myself. It is probably just a case of mistaken identity. Is there someone else that is refered to as "Liz" who posts here?

 

I just cannot say absolutely for certain, but that was my thought at the time.
