hey marie, I have been working on about 3 different intent-to-sue letters with demands for money ($1,000) to drop case, for some of my mortgage clients. Do you have a good one available that i could use to get some ideas. CA, CRA, OC it doesn't matter, i can change the actual violations to fit the situation. I think I've posted most of mine perhaps a Lizardking search might reveal more... I think I did a quick one off the top of my head yesterday or so...I can't remember. LSAT brain fry... too much studying... I do think it doesn't hurt to throw in quotes of the laws they've broken... a nice 2-3 page violations list is good and scarey
