    When you got your Capital One credit limit put into your credit reports, did you try faxing the monthly statement to them and handling the upgrade over the phone.

    I am tempted to call at least Experian and Equifax. Ask for a fax number and call back to make the change over the phone. i don't know if TU is set for telephone disputes.

    Well Jim, actually is was Citibank that I had problems with, don't have Cap 1. But I sent it through the mail b/c I didn't have access to a fax machine, but it may be worth a try. However it really only took Experian about 2 weeks to correct the limits, it always appeared on Equ and TU, so thank goodness I didn't have to deal with them.
