   The CA paid off my account 6/23
   
   Hhld pulled my cr 7/15. This account was closed to charges last year.

   There is no legal requirement that you serve the Statutory Agent. Just serve Household Bank at the address the CRA has. That's what I did with Sears and it worked fine.
