Ok, We just ran my ex wife's credit report (EXP) and found one of my accounts, which is being serviced through CCCS. The thing is, I am pretty sure that I applied for this account under "personal" and not joint. Even though we live in Calif. I am pretty sure that they cannot report this account on her CR. so I will send HHLD Bank a Validation letter on her behalf, then 1 week later send one to EXP requesting deletion...Any feedbank?
