My ex wife opened a card with these guys and used me as a co-signer. Unfortunately she did this while we were still married and I didn't know about it till I saw my credit reports. Do I dispute this with them as "Not Mine"? There is a current balance of 1333.00 with tons of lates and currently 120+ as she is not paying it off. Do I dispute with the CRA first and then HHLD Bank? Do I ask them to verrify? Thanks for any advice.
