    It's been a while......

In May 2001, my scores were 491, 492, 493 (amazing huh?). It is now October 2002 and I close on my mortgage in 29 days with scores of 653, 665, 695.

I currently live in a 1000 sq ft rowhome

This is what I purchased with 5% down because of this board:

    Thanks again!

For all those newbies who have arrived since my last post - this is proof positive that you can get results!

That is beautiful - OK - what is the cost range where you are?

Why do you call it a "row" home? Don't know the term...

    FANTASTIC!

Rowhome (townhome). My house attaches to my neighbor's on my left and on my right. My front yard is literally 10' x 20'. This new house is on 13,000 sq ft. and sits by itself - I don;t have to hear my neighbors through my walls anymore!

    This house is about $175K.

    Thanks!

Just goes to show what a combination of knowledge and persistence can accomplish.

One more item on EQ and I once again will join the ranks of homeowners.

That place would go for $400-800K in the SF Bay area - and $400 is a longgggg commute to SF LOL!

    Congratulations!!!!!

I am currently living in the house I wish to purchase. I need to get the other 2 dummies inline with EQ to do that. My advantage is that I am a veteran and have my eligibility!
