Hello all. I know I haven't been around for a very long time. When CN helped me perfect my reports I was off doing other things, buying & selling businesses, cars, real-estate, and learning to make money online - etc.. But gotta tell ya, I could NOT have accomplished all that I have in just the past few years without this board. I am now semi-retired though and do have some time on my hands. So I thought I would come back to my old haunt and see if I can be of help to those who need it. Great to see you all again, and hope you all are doing well. : )
newb in need of advice Hi Butch, I was reading old posts by you as well as some of the other senior members on here. I have a few paid charge offs on my credit report. I made the mistake of not getting it in writing that the chargeoffs would be removed when the balance was paid in full. I have been thinking of using the litigious nutcase letter, but i would like some advice before i go that route, and maybe some pointers about where i should address the letter. Much thanks, Ian
