Hey..... I just got back from my attorney's office.. We got the info from the defendent disclosing the number of members in the class...... 2.3 MILLION...thats 2,300,000 PEOPLE are in the class. We were "throwing around" the amount of $500.00 per class member. THATS IN THE $BILLIONS !!!! This is a class action regarding impermissible access by the way. I just cant name the "MAJOR DEPARTMENT STORE" though lol
are you saying there is a classa ction suit against a dept store for non PP ? hmmmm I wonder, I bet Its one I may be dealing with myself. lol great let us know the outcome.
