History deleted after "never late"

I just received my latest disputes back from a CRA and they deleted the entire history of the item. I disputed an item as never late and they ended up deleting the the late along with the good history also. They left me 1 good month.

I did a search on this and didn't come up with any concrete answers.

What are my options other than just writing a letter to get them to re-insert the history. Did they violate the FRCA in doing this?

Usually TU will end up deleting the trade line completely.

Not really.. I've never had a problem with them simply updating a tradeline for me.

I would suggest you wait about a month (or whenever the OC reports... assuming this tradeline is still open), it just might get put back.

I had the same problem with equifax once, but when the OC updated the next month, it showed up without the 30-day late
