I had a dispute started with Equifax on 12/8 it was due by 1/7.

When I checked the status online yesterday I went to start another dispute to view the results of the investigation.

Two of the collections were gone - woohoo I thought. So I pulled my report from score power only to find they were still on the report!! I figured maybe my report hadn't been updated yet or something?!?

So I check the results of the investigation again this morning and they are still gone from the report but when I pulled another report from scorepower today the collections are still on there!!

    What should I do?

Call their Consumers Affairs Office, I had this same thing happen to me.

Should I just tell them I checked the status of my investigation yesterday and it showed the accounts were removed but when I pulled my report online today the accounts were still there?

Give them a call. The same thing happened to me with Experian yesterday. The idiots there deleted 3 positive accounts instead of the 4 paid collections that were supposed to be deleted.
