I got a situation and I am not to sure what to do, ok I want to send a DV letter but the account on credit report state date of last activity as just a year ago is not even a year old is it possible to do? Or should I just make a settlement offer? I need this account gone asap, any suggestions? thanks

I am not to sure at the moment, it shows up on cr as "profit and loss" with the oc name. How would I find out for sure who to send letters to? Oc or CA? I havent heard anything from them in at least a year, no collection letters, nothing.
