Yes. I PFB'd about 50 minutes ago, and mr cooke called me up. $1000 increase, thank you. My letter was a complaint, i mentioned mr cooke's name in it, and asked to just review my history and give me "An increase my momma would be proud of". Thanks mr cooke. Cap 1 really leaves an awesome impression on me, with customer service of this calibre!!
What were you complaining about? How long have you had the account? Any previous increases? Sorry for the interrogation, just wondering why I couldn't get anything out of him. Thanks.
I was too lazy to call them up, so i just used PFB, quite frankly. The account is like from 11/2000 Every 6 months on the "DOT" i call ASK for credit increase. The account is currently under 0% APR till july because i called up about 2 months and asked for the offer. Plain old "gold" card.
radiohead- My first PFB ltr was answered the following business day. My second one took approx 10 days. Don't know why, I never got a confirmation e-mail that they got my letter, but Mr. Cooke called back eventually.
