Not that I am keeping time, but we close on our Home Equity loan in 8 hours, 4 minutes time. For me, this sums up the benefits of this site, and the importance of protecting our credit scores, since we were declined by the same bank that we are closing with this afternoon back in August after failing to meet their credit score criteria. Three months of doctoring later, and hey presto we are there. Not only did we get approved after submitting the same application again, but they gave us their second best rate out of the six tiers available. Never give up my friends - its worth the effort! Neil
