Can anybody suggest a home equity (not HELOC) loan source for SoCal that pulls only EXP? LTV ratios won't be an issue. Thanks.
might want to try washington mutual, not wamu home loans but wamu, from what i was told they pull experian only.
can you give me more info...ie, who told you this? Does anybody else have experience with wash. mutual (or alternative suggestions?)
