My Realtor just called back and the sellers have accepted our first offer!!! We are set to close on March 27th and I get to take possession on the 29th! I can't believe 6 mo ago I had two credit card with a total of 1250 in CL and scores in the high 500's now I have several card all over 1500 limits, scores just below 700 (real FICO) and a contract to buy my first home! All because of the people who are willing to be helpful on this site, and those who used to be. thank you all! I am so excited I could wet myself!!!!
It feels great, but it is also scarry as hell! when you look at the dollar amounts and the time involved. I have started paying for inspections and things, so I know I am screwed for real now! LOL

dep_tx, I know how you feel. I am closing on my new house on March 28th. I also live in the KC area, the new home we bought is in Liberty, MO. It's a pretty exciting feeling.
