Has anyone dealt with these collectors? They verified a collection with Experian today (they're not on my Equifax and I assume they also verified with TransUnion) I had real problems with Associates, the original creditor, taking money and refusing to honor their written agreement two years ago, now Homecomings and Associates seem determined to keep claiming I owe $348 for the next 5 years. If anyone has dealt with either of these agencies, please let me know. Because I don't want to have to get a lawyer into this, but having this collection is not helping me at all. Steph
