Well I just wanted to thank everyone for all the support and suggestions. I was able to go from 13 bad TL's with scores close to 400 to a new credit card and a new home in about 45 days thanks to all of you. I haven't touched the computer in about 2 weeks so much excitement and work involved with the house. Again thank you all I hope to be back up active on the board soon and hope to maybe help someone out with the stuff I have learned. I also tried some new twist actions that got me positive results when the crunch was on. See you all real soon.
I would love to know who you used and what you had to go through to get the new home. I am very new here and have learned so many wonderful things from this board already.
