I don't know my credit score offhand, but it's really bad right now, due to many factors (business failure, medical bills, unemployment, etc), but now that we've got steady income again, my business plans need an office. There is a small house, zoned commercial, here in our small town. It used to be a flower shop, now it's vacant. It's in a perfect location for my needs, and the owners are asking only $25,000 for it. I'm open to suggestions. The owners won't rent, lease, or carry a contract. They are determined to sell or let it sit vacant until it sells. Any input appreciated. And no, "fixing" my credit's not an immediate option. I have issues dealing with a 6 year old BK, and 2 RE lenders who will require legal work, plus I'll be some time paying off some previous business debts ( can't find a job, gotta make my own...)
