Make That New Members Gang, Don't forget that your headline, (the hot link which appears on the panel and opens your thread) is the advertisement for your thread. Put as much thought into it as you might a headline for your classified ad in a newspaper. Try to make your headline thought provoking and design it to attract participation. It should be somewhat descriptive of your situation. What you are trying to do is instill enough interest to cause one to open your thread and read further. Saying something like; "Equifax Sux" does not accomplish your purpose. We all already know Eq. sux. lol We're all busy and scan threads to see which ones are worthy of our attention. This will go a LONG way to help eliminate the problem of getting no repsonses. Oh - and make sure your headline is intact before you hit submit, because once you do you can't change it. Make sure you don't misspell simple/stupid words like; "Mew". ROFL
Re: Make That New Members Hey Butch!! Nice post..... So I am guessing that if someone titles their thread 'My toe is itching', no one will get curious and open it to find out they are talking about Transunion's refusal to dispute? LOL....... I'm still can't find the qualifications for a Providian Smart card for your other thread. Good luck with your 'frivolous denial' thing ;-)
Re: Make That New Members I dunno about that Manneq. If i saw a post by you with the headline MY TOE IS ITCHING - I'd open it
Re: Make That New Members Yeah, but your Mark LA. Everyone knows that you're into foot fetishes. Charlie
