    I just read the news from cardweb.com.Here it is
    the news from Cardweb.com


    Target's Retailers National Bank continues to plow along with its new 'smart VISA' card, topping 2.0 million cards at year-end, following the issuance of 1.4 million smart credit cards within its first six weeks.

    I think they are going to flop like providian issuing huge limit cards with excessive APR rates then expecting the middle-america folks to handle it.

    just my opinion. I got a silver one.. The red is atrocious.
