I purchased a house 6 months ago. Thanks to the generosity and knowledge of people in these forums! Getting approved for this house has been the highlight of my life.

To make a very long story short, My wife and I ran into some major problems right away. We had to make some repairs to the house while still renting. Needless to say, this hit the pocket book very hard.
We found ourselves looking for a loan after only our second month in the house. Things just got messier from there.

We got a re-consolidation loan on one of are cars, and planned on keeping one credit card, with a 10,000 limit. This credit card company dropped are credit limit as soon as we got the loan. Making the loan worthless to us, and putting us even more in debt. eeeeesh!!!

Anyways, I had another series of unfortunate events, causing me to look for a new job. Not helping my already horrible financial situation. (I have since gone back to work.)

I am gonna be for-closed on in 10 days, So you can see the urgency of my situation.

I have put a property that I own on the market for 20,000$ AND IT IS WORTH 50,000$, but I cant rely on this property selling on time. All I owe on the mortgage is 5000$.

I am completely stumped as to what my options are, if any. I have no other means of getting that much money together at one time. my credit scores have dropped due to a maxed credit card, and late payments on my mortgage.

I'm not sure if any banks would loan me money on the property due to my bad scores, but that would be nice. If any one has some advice I would greatly appreciate it.
