When I opened this card 5 months ago, it had a $300 limit, when my Providian had an $1800 limit and even a better rate. Before I activated it I called Household and asked for a higher limit, they said I was approved for a secured increase (I didnt need it, it was just kind of a goal to get lots of increases fast) anyway, I said no. I've called every month since, NOPE! Went online and clicked "request increase" NOPE! So I paid it off this past Friday, I was gonna close it, but low and behold it said my limit was $400, only $100 but it's the best news I've had in a while. BTW I got my TU report, it's 519 cause of COLLECTECH!!!! BASTAGES!!!
