   Can you beleive this... I called and asked for CLI on my HB Card.
   
   I got the reject letter in the mail today.
   
   Reason: Customer Initiated BT's are not allowed on this type of account. Huh?

   Check to make sure your CLI was increased, if not, call those clowns back and get it fixed. Sometimes they do one thing and mail out another.
