If you're having trouble with an HHB dispute on a CR, here's some info. They actually have a department to deal with CR disputes. 503-686-2795 Unfortunately it was just a recording but the good news is..... there's a fax # !!! 503-686-2869 They want name, SS #, acct #, etc. etc..... Hope this will come in handy for someone. There's also a "complaint" customer service number: 800-753-6529 x2932 (from the BBB web page).
