Mine has a high limit, no annual fee. The cash advance fee is high, at 5% with a minimum fee of $10 and no max. They changed the minimum from $5 in June. I discovered this when I took out $40 and saw that they had billed me $10. OUCH! Luckily it's only $10. Considering that I'd have to give a bank my money for a year to earn 5%, to earn 25% in 1 second is a pretty good deal for them. No problems with the online payment system it is perfect and free.
