Anyone had any success with a particular strategy against HH?

Not sure what you mean by a strategy against HH.

Coming out of BK I never really thought about even getting a credit card. My first credit after BK was a car loan. One of my first credit cards was HH, they sent me an offer for an unsecured with a $300 limit, and I figured what the heck, I may as well start somewhere. I pushed it to the limit often, but paid it off quickly. Every couple of months they have bumped up the limit. $50 here, $100 there. Everytime they raised the limit, I made the most of it, but paid it down. I've never asked for a raise, and have been happy that they have increased it as often, and as much as they have.

About a year or so ago I was paying my bill online and filled out the credit app for a car loan on their site. To my delight they gave me a car loan at 3% better than anyone else.

Like I said, I'm not sure what you mean by a strategy against HH. There's probably folks here who have their horror stories about HH. For me, they have served me well.
