If any of you have cards with Household and want increases, etc. I have a regular Mastercard from Household with a 1,000 cl. I had asked cs several times for an increase but was denied. I finally wrote via Planetfeedback and got great results, although it took several weeks. First they gave me an 800 increase, then they sent me checks with 0% interest fixed for six months, and yesterday I received a letter from them saying they were upgrading me to a gold card which was on the way.
I have the Household Gold card and I also noticed that they are now actually trying to keep their cardmembers happy. In an earlier post I mentioned that they gave me a 0% fixed rate for purchases up to April 15th 2002 and an automatic 1,000 line increase. I never expected this from Household, but I'm very happy. I guess Household really wants to improve their not so good rating on the credit card review sites and this is a great way to start.
