Just saw an ad for them. As they state...

    "Helping everyday people, everyday."

    Shouldn't it be...

    "Screwing everday people, everyday." ?

    Just wondering.

I had NO problems with them except that they SOLD my closed account to FLEET.

It was SOLD "AS IS" I thought...PRIME-0.15%...but when FLEET got it, they said we have a CLOSED ACCOUNT INTEREST RATE 22%+/-...

I FOUGHT WITH THEM FOR MONTHS...finally got MOST of the RIPPED-OFF INTEREST BACK...

They lost one of my payments last year, i'm still fighting this one. I closed this account, now I'm trying to clean a 30 days late, because of lost payment....
Can't I take them to court for some like this????

I would think that as long as you have some sort of documentation to back you up that you could.
