I'd like to demand validation/verification of a PADI account from a collection agency who purchased the account from an OC. I need the 1)original signed contract and 2) the last credit statement most importantly. 1) Being that I already paid them, do they still have obligation to provide me with this info ? Or can they tell me to **** off. As far as I can tell, they are NOT on my credit report anywhere. 2) What laws might I site so they will send this "right away". You might ask why bother if they aren't on your credit report, I have a possible lawsuit against them that's why but I need those two pieces of info from them and this is the only way I can see to get it from them without telling them "what's up".
