I want to negotiate a settlement with a CA whereas I agree to pay an agreed upon amount so that they remove the negative information from my credit report. But I noticed that they are not reporting on my credit report, its the orginal creditor...and they have it as a charge off...What do I do in order to get this off my credit report. Please help!
Send validation letter to CA so that they stop bugging you. If you want to settle with OC....give them a call....but don't hold your breath hoping they will delete for settlement.
