we did a ch7 (under the old laws) was discharged in jan this year. we included our house as my husband was unemployed at the time so we havent made any payments since the summer of last year. the bank (countrywide) has done foreclosure proceedings and the court date is next week. we had every intention of letting it go because my husbands job is out of state. well he just got a job back here so he could commute from here. but is there any way of getting this out of foreclosure? we have gotten a lot of letters from these places who say they can help us and all that but are they worth it??
