I am fed up with equifax. I signed up for their 69.99 service. I disputed items that were really not mine or being reportedly incorrectly via the online service. They wrote me back 2 weeks later stating they needed all this verification that it was me? I was like 'you didn't need all this verification to take my money' to sign up on your website? How can they just refuse to investigate my items? I disputed via their online site. Where do I start to sue? Thanks, Phyllis
