Hello all, This is my first post so please bare with me. First of all let me say this is an excellent board and everyone seems so friendly and was hoping I could pick some of your brains. Here is my situatiuon I had 4 creditcards from MBNA, DISCOVER, CITIBANK, and Providian which were eventually chargedoff. I know I can have the CAs try to verify the debt, which they probably wont and they will have to delete the tradelines.(hopefully) My question is how do i handle the original creditor? Since they have SOLD my account to the CA, how can i get them to delete the negative tradeline on my creditreport. Thanks very much.
I am very interested in how to deal with an OC as well. Or is the best route to build up FCRA violations and sue the CRA to remove all negatives? Thanks Kingsx
