How do I dispute this?

    Hello All,
I'm in need of some help. Near the end of 2006, I filed bankruptcy. It was discharged in January of 2007. Just before I went to court for the discharge, I reaffirmed my car with Ford Motor Credit and I paid it off IN FULL for the complete balance due before the court date. Now it's showing as "Included in Bankruptcy" on ALL my credit reports, and Experian is showing it as "KD" (Key Derogatory). I have disputed it several times but they are still verifying it. What should I do? This is incorrect, right? Thanks for any help on this one!

No, technically they are following the law insofar as all debts pre-petition are theoretically included.

Contact Ford Motor Credit and get them to change the entry to read "paid in full - with the same reasoning as you posted here. Send the letter CMRRR.
