I have been trying to get Experian to add my tradeline for Citibank. I received a letter from Citibank stating they were reporting to all three CRA. I faxed and CCR this letter to Experian. Received a letter from Experian stated they are unable to verified account. What should I do next?
That is very interesting Monica. I am having the same problem. Got card in Jan. TU and Equ. were quick to report. To this day, Exp. still is not reporting it. I sent a PFB to citi, and got the same response you did. They said they will manually report it again. This was over a month ago, and still no citi reporting. I'm calling Exp. tomorrow to find out what their problem is.
LKH, I have had my card since Oct. 2001 and TU and Equifax also reported the next month. Experian is playing games again. Let me know what Experian has to say. Thanks!
I got my Citi MC in Dec. It took about 2 months for it to report. However, now that I am back in the credit game, I have noticed that Citibank is NOT REPORTING my CREDIT LIMIT, just my balance. This has caused me to see a dip in my scores. cariba
