How do I get rid of cards?

I have gotten a better deal and want to get rid of my Visa that I got through Cross Country Bank without spending four hours on the phone?

 

IAM FINDING IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO OBTAIN ADDRESSES AS TO WHERE TO SEND MY CANCELLATION LETTERS FOR MANY OF MY CREDIT CARDS. MANY STORE CREDIT CARDS DO NOT EVEN HAVE 800 NUMBERS. HOW CAN I GET THE ADDRESSES
