I am about to write/call an OC about an account that is with a CA. I plan to settle for less than the balance. I am having trouble drafting a letter but this is what I want from them: -Account to be pulled from the CA -CA tradeline to be deleted from reports -Balance of account not to be sold or have continued collection action I am not an eloquent writer. Please help. Thanks!
