Welcome to the Board. I would start by reading the INTRO threads that are at the top of the board, and the associated links within. Then start reading the individual messages. There are many things you can do, but you have to develop a plan of action for your unique situation. Good luck!
Be warned, you'll have a much harder time removing recent baddies than ones that are years old. So if you've made mistakes in the past, and you've had a good track record to show you've changed, you're better off.
