I understand the importance of getting old address removed from my reports. I have also read this can be done over the phone. What do I say when I call? Do I say I don't live there anymore or just say it is an old address? Is there a better way to get this going? I want to start another round of updates and this is where I will start. Thanks!

You can call and do them over the phone. Since there is only 2, do them both at the same time. Just say they are incorrect. It generally does not take 30 days for them to be removed. Evil EXP has always deleted mine within 3 days, and I did about 8 at once!
