I sent in a dispute to Experian and they sent me back a letter saying, previously investigated. Well, I never got a response to my dispute the first time so I sent a 2nd letter 35 days later and they tell me it was already investigated. What can I send them now. This account isn't mine but it is still showing on my report.

I am having same problem with them. FTC complaint, BBB complaint and state Attorney General, print them out and send along with ITS letter.
FTC,BBB and AG have websites to make complaints. put the heat on them
